Lewis leads the team with his commitment and enthusiasm for tax gained through his studies in finance and his experiences as senior tax consultant in public practice in Sydney Australia. He is also currently acting as a senior tax and finance consultant and advisor for number of other public practices in Sydney.
Before opening his own public practice, Lewis was working in several Hong Kong & China based companies, he was head of the finance division as Financial Controller for Florsheim Pacific (a multinational shoe company with head office based in the US) for the Asia Pacific region before migrating to Sydney permanently. In additional his knowledge & expertises of Australian taxation system, he has also had substantial experience and exposures to both Hong Kong & China tax systems. 
Janice brings to the team a background in business and commerce studies; she graduated from University of Sydney in 2004 and is currently studying her master degree in UTS, Janice joined the practice in 2005 and has experiences in dealing with clients from both Australian and Asian communities. Speaking fluently in Mandarin and English, with her dedicated working ethics, she is very popular among Chinese clients. Janice has a real passion for ‘rescuing’ our clients bookkeeping disasters and making the clients cash management and income work more effectively and efficiently.
Chaney infuses new blood into the ever-energetic team. 
Shane brings to the team a background in both finance and clinical psychology; his role within the practice is more working with clients to help ensure they have ‘everything together’ so that they are not ‘working for nothing.’ He is also the investigator on the team charged with the responsibility of researching options and gathering data to better advise our clients on various business alternatives. 
Tom is the greybeard on the team; a retired accountant of more then 40-years experience Tom is the company ‘mentor’– always offering good advice to the team to ensure we serve our clients well. Tom also edits and signs-offs on all proposals and reports produced by the team.
